The cabins were so cozy, especially with the wood burning fireplace. We loved the fun loft for the kids. The location was perfect, just a short hike to the lake, and the super nice team, always restocking the wood outside our cabin.

All in all room was large; also provided a roll in shower. We greatly enjoyed wake-up service available. The pool area was great and the location was peaceful and nice, not far from the restaurant, and nature. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

the location was stunning for me as it was not far from the restaurant, lake arrowhead and united states. all the employees were amicable and outstandingly accommodating.

Great outdoor activities for families.

We faced significant delays during check-in, frustrating. Our room was not ready until after 5pm, despite being told check-in was at 4pm. Although we received a breakfast buffet as compensation, it did little to ease our disappointment with the overall experience.

I had a fantastic birthday weekend! The kids enjoyed the pickleball and soccer. Yoga and sound bath sessions were a wonderful addition. The lodge had a cozy cabin feel, perfect for relaxation. Location was ideal for both on-site fun and nearby grocery stores.

The Beautiful Chalet was spacious and immaculate, a cozy retreat for my family. The complimentary freshly prepared eggs at breakfast were a good surprise, and the fine outdoor areas made it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Activities like pickleball and relaxing in the Jacuzzi kept everyone entertained. The staff's attentive service enhanced our experience, although the need for more hiking information could improve the stay.

The chalet felt cozy and inviting with a fun atmosphere and plenty of activities for the kids. While the heater made some noise at night, it didn't overshadow the delicious breakfast and excellent customer service. A slight drawback was the lack of a nearby parking option when arriving, which was challenging during the rain.

Check-in delays are less than ideal when planning a stay!!! Parking can be a nightmare, especially during busy times!!! Heating systems need serious upgrades to keep guests comfortable at night!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues can ruin your stay!!!

Booked a room with exceptional views of the lake. the location was excellent and incredible, close enough to nature and Lake Arrowhead. - Mountain History Museum was 5 minutes away by driving.

This place has a peaceful and convenient location, centrally located and close to nature, dining options, and the lake.
